Training
EyeOR is devoted to Training and Educational programs in conjunction with our surgical suite projects as well as through our Medical Advisory Board. Currently, the company conducts training on site through operations when working with your staff, surgeons and center administration throughout the project.
In the near future, we intend to produce training and educational products that will help practice administration provide employee contracts and duties involving customizable "policy and procedure" manuals for the practice. This work is carried out in person, but we will also be providing this education and training through future applications on this web site.
We will also be establishing a network of administration, clinical nurse and certified ophthalmic technicians via a message board and teleconference programs that will produce a strong "think tank" of valuable pearls and informational sharing with all our clients. Our goal is to establish a strong educational relationship with our clients.
A big part of our value rests in how we produce educational updates and share knowledge throughout our system of practices. We will adapt a "center of excellence" strategy with all our centers, but have already targeted several regional centers where we will conduct clinical and administrative educational courses for our clients. Our surgeons will learn about new techniques, new applications for their refractive suites, new implant designs, and new technology on the horizon at these upcoming course events. Our administrative personnel will learn about cost containment, patient flow, sterilization, etc. to help maximize their investment and increase the quality of the patient experience in their centers.
